Create a budget and figure out what you need professional help with. Remember, buyers like a brand new toilet!

Before you sell you should talk to your real estate agent about the little improvements that can make a big impression. A coat of neutral paint…a thorough cleaning of every room…have the windows professionally cleaned…and finally, remove all your personal collections and photos – the trick is for a buyer to be able to walk in and picture themselves living in your home!
